Mark Ellsworth Madsen (born January 28, 1976) is an American former professional basketball player and current assistant coach of the Los Angeles Lakers of the National Basketball Association (NBA). Due to his play style and infamously goofy dance moves, he received the nickname "Mad Dog" while playing for the Stanford Cardinal and later with the Lakers.
